Agreement
By using digitale-tech.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Digitale Technologies provides web design, digital strategy, and related services from Zimbabwe. Client projects are handled through separate proposals or agreements. These terms cover the public website itself.
Using the Site
- Use the Site for lawful purposes only
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorised access to admin areas, forms, or systems
- Do not misuse the free website check or contact forms (spam, automated abuse, or misleading submissions)
Images, stock media, and templates
Transparency matters. Some images on this Site - including certain studio, lifestyle, abstract, or atmospheric photographs used in heroes and marketing sections - are licensed stock or template imagery, not original photographs of Digitale clients or staff.
Where applicable, those assets are used under Adobe Stock free / Standard licensing (or equivalent stock licence terms). That typically allows use in digital marketing and websites according to Adobe’s licence rules. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying stock file to visitors, and it does not mean every image on the Site is a Digitale original.
- Portfolio / case study screenshots of live client websites show real project work and are presented as such.
- Stock or template images are used to set atmosphere, illustrate craft, or support marketing layouts where original photography was not required.
- You may not copy, download for reuse, or redistribute Site imagery as your own assets unless you independently hold a valid licence from the rights holder (for example Adobe Stock) or receive written permission from Digitale for Digitale-owned work.

Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, Digitale owns or licenses the Site’s design, copy, code structure, logo, and Digitale-created materials. Case study content describes client projects; client brands and trademarks remain their owners’. Stock media remains subject to its original licence.
You may link to the Site and share pages with credit. You may not copy the Site’s design system, code, or content wholesale for competing use without permission.
Insights and content
Articles and notes on Insights are for general information. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Projects still need proper discovery and scoping.
Free tools and accuracy
The free website check and similar tools give a helpful snapshot, not a complete audit. Results can change with hosting, DNS, content, and third-party services. Do not rely on automated scores alone for major decisions.
Third-party sites
Links to client sites, social profiles, or other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
A simple note on responsibility
The Site is provided as-is. We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that free tools will always be perfect. For paid client work, what we deliver and how we handle issues is set out in the project proposal or agreement you receive.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
